I had been wanting to visit Castello di Casamassella for a long time, so I chose Resort Mulino A Vento. The hotel's respect for the culture and traditions, combined with a high-level service pleasantly surprised me. I particularly enjoyed the convivial dinner where chefs and housewives prepared fresh dishes with the flavor of Apulia, including barbecues of meat and fish, vegetables, homemade pasta, and typical desserts. The wide choice of local producers of oil, wine, and cheeses, as well as the restaurant and wine bar with large internal and external areas surrounded by gardens, added to the delightful experience. The fresh menu allowed me to taste the lightness of Apulian cuisine, and the rich international breakfast buffet immersed me in the scents and colors of Apulia. the Resort Mulino A Vento provided the ideal place for relaxation and pleasure during my stay.
